In order to increase conversions from the website which in this case were contact form submission and calling business number from the website, I initiated a detailed research of the user interaction with the home page and service pages and analyzing the website heatmap. Following are some of the scenarios that were researched and sorted:
1. In the research it was revealed that visitors do stay on the home page and then navigate to the services page via the navigation rather than the boxes. In order to combat this, I changed the boxes to flip and show information about the service which subsequently increased the heat on the flip buttons, which lead more people to the service page they were interested in and contact us.
2. We wanted more people to contact us/fill the lead form on the website but a proper call to action was missing on the home page, so we added a proper call to action along with hook lines for capturing the audience. After this implementation the leads increased 15x
3. In the research I found that we had visitors on the Architecture services page but people were not calling/filling the form. For this I conducted an A/B test by changing the starting text and making it more grabbing, by solving the problem most people looking for architecture service faced and offered a lead magnet which is the "20 min free consultation" the test showed positive result and I got this change implemented. This change alone caused 25 people to contact in just 1 week.
