Social Media Optimization, Management and Advertisement

One Piccadilly is a luxury serviced apartment multi use building, my task was to grow it's online presence which was mainly done by Social Media (Facebook), Google Business Listing and creating a property page on the builder's website (Piccadilly Homes).

1. Facebook reach has been increased by incorporating organic reach strategies and paid reach strategies, which can be seen in the pictures below

2. The google local business listing page for One Piccadilly was optimized with proper SEO so that it appears first on the branded keywords search

3. A dedicated page was developed on the builder's website, (the UI, navigation, content was done by me) the page was designed to contain all the appropriate information which would be required by anyone wishing to buy an apartment in One Piccadilly, it shows the entire building, all features and amenities.
